Depuis 2002, Escavir Sprl transforme des produits de la mer. De l’escavèche conditionné dans des pots en grès fabriqués chez Mr. Biron à Bouffioulx (Belgique).

\nL’escavèche est une recette très ancienne qui permet de conserver les aliments dans la sauce escavèche à base de vinaigre. Pour ce faire, le poisson que l’on transforme est l’aiguillat (poisson d’eau de mer) et la truite arc-en-ciel produite dans la région de Malmedy chez Olivier Mathonet (Belgique).

\nEscavir Sprl fondé par Philippe Dumoulin en 2002, au départ de la recette d’escavèche transmise par son beau père ‘Pierre Lobet’.

\nAu fil du temps, Philippe a développé de nouveaux produits tels que l’escavèche « Sauce Brune » et « de Truite ».
\n
\nNotre clientèle est principalement des épiceries fines, magasins de proximité, boucheries, distribution tel que des Spar, Carrefour market, Louis Delhaize,….

\nEn Octobre 2014, Escavir prend un virage important dans son développement avec l’arrivée de nouveaux produits et services. Pierre Dumoulin (fils) travaille lui des produits fumés, après 6 mois de préparations, de test,… il commercialise des filets de truite fumés, du saumon fumé,…

\nLes truites que l’on transforment sont issues d’une pisciculture de la région de Malmedy (Olivier Mathonet) où elles sont affinées en eau de source ce qui nous garanti une qualité gustative d’excellence.
